Full Body Massage
This is my main service! I am going through the entire body relieving the muscles of any stress or tension points! I recommend if you really want to make your horse feel his best that you get more than one session done as one session won’t relieve all tension throughout the body. See my maintenance plan!
Stretching
I highly recommend adding the stretching session to your horse’s massage! This session compliments the massage so well because it helps to release anything I might have missed and allows for an even deeper range of motion! This is included in the maintenance plan!
Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy is one of my favorite additional services! The light penetrates the muscle healing any scar tissue. This is especially good after the full body massage because this will break up any binded tension that I may have missed.
About Me
My Journey
Howdy honey! My name is Zena, I am 16 years old, and I’ve been a certified equine sports massage therapist since July of 2022. I am certified under Equissage California which is an approved program by the NCBTMB. Don’t let my age fool you, I have completed several certification courses and have taken more than 5 classes on equine therapy alone, not including all of the equine nutrition classes I take. Not only am I a CESMT, but I am also a barrel racer! I have 2 horses, Zelda my main barrel horse, and Annie my 1 year old filly in training. I’m also a super active FFA member and raise steers, pigs, and lambs through the program. Livestock has a huge place in my heart and I want to do all that I can to help these animals feel their best inside and outside of the arena/show ring. I am currently working on adding livestock massage to my services!

On multiple occasions I have had Zena come out and do her magic on my horse. The first time I had Zena come out was when my horse, Sage had a fall and I noticed she looked sore in her hind end. Zena came out and did some bodywork and essential oil therapy on sage and would explain what she was doing and how I could help her at home as well as how it benefits my horse. Sage started to perform so much better after the second appointment with Zena and she seemed to have plenty of smiles for Zena after. I really like how joyful and understanding Zena is with her work.
